Use the map to find the Quality Award Park in the area of your choice.

Some park home estates cater for all ages, but many are specially designed for people approaching retirement. Whatever type of park home estate you choose, you will be in pleasant secure surroundings amongst like-minded people.

It is easy to make friends and there is a real sense of community. Some large parks have a shop and a club for get-togethers.

You will own your Park Home, but the ground on which it stands belongs to the park owner. Residents pay a monthly pitch fee, which includes the costs of running the park and its services.

As a park home owner, Government legislation gives you many rights. You have security of tenure for life and you can sell your home on the park or give it to a member of the family, either as a gift or as part of a will.

It is best to choose a park that belongs to a trade organisation, such as the National Park Homes Council. This means the park operates to recognised standards, and the NHPC will provide advice, support and a free conciliation service.
